What ReviGo manages
- A verified route connects an active physical credential to an approved destination.
- Authorized destination changes can be made without replacing a working card.
- Operational analytics use privacy-minimized request information.
- Expired, disabled, invalid, or unsafe routes do not redirect.
1. Activation
ReviGo activates a product after the accepted setup requirements are met. These may include payment, business and branch assignment, approved destination, card programming, security validation, and successful route testing.
The activation date, first service period, and expiry method are recorded in the order or subscription record. A delivered physical card is not proof that an unpaid, expired, or paused managed service is active.
2. Managed destinations
The Customer selects the intended destination and confirms that it is accurate, lawful, public, secure, and authorized. ReviGo validates supported web addresses and may refuse local network addresses, insecure protocols, deceptive forwarding, blocked hosts, or unsupported destinations.
An authorized Customer contact may request a destination change. ReviGo may require identity or password verification for a sensitive change. A changed destination takes effect only after it is saved and verified; cached browser or platform behavior can take additional time to update.
3. Route and credential status
A route redirects only when the place, link, physical card or QR credential, destination, and service period are all valid and active. Missing, altered, expired, disabled, replaced, malformed, or unknown credentials are rejected.
Public error pages intentionally do not reveal which internal condition failed. This protects customer records and makes credential guessing less useful. ReviGo may retain a limited internal security reason so an authorized administrator can investigate.
4. Placement and care
The Customer should place the product where visitors can understand its intended action, without pressure or misleading wording. It should be kept away from conditions likely to damage its material, print, adhesive, chip, or antenna.
Some phones require NFC to be enabled, unlocked, or positioned near a particular area. Metal surfaces, thick barriers, device settings, physical damage, and incompatible devices may affect reading. Where supplied, the QR option provides an alternative route.
5. Redirect operation and security
A valid request is checked by the ReviGo server before a redirect is issued. The browser receives the destination in the redirect response because it must know where to navigate, but it does not receive database credentials, database queries, administrator records, internal token hashes, or the analytics write process.
ReviGo may use credential hashes, strict query validation, destination checks, rate limits, bot or preview classification, restricted database access, no-store responses, security headers, and internal alerts. These controls reduce risk but cannot make any internet-connected service immune to interruption or attack.
6. Analytics
ReviGo may report successful taps or scans, approximate unique visitor buckets, route type, broad device class, automated or preview activity, and time-based trends. Invalid-attempt information may be counted separately for security.
Results are operational estimates. One person can create several events, several people can appear in one approximate bucket, browsers can prefetch, preview systems can request a link, and network loss can prevent an event from being completed. Analytics are not audited advertising measurements, proof of a review, or proof of a sale.
6.1 Review gateway and Smart Recovery
If enabled for a business, the gateway records a visitor's selected rating and applies the Customer's configured journey. Smart Recovery and any probability setting are automated routing tools, not a promise that a review will be submitted, published, retained, or accepted by a third-party platform. A committed gateway rating cannot be changed within the same session, and the session expires after a short operational period.
The Customer must configure and describe the journey consistently with law, the Acceptable Use Policy, and every destination platform's rules. ReviGo may disable a configuration that appears to selectively manipulate public reviews or otherwise creates material compliance risk.
6.2 Business announcements
A business announcement may display Customer-supplied text and an optional approved action. ReviGo supplies the display mechanism but does not become the seller or fulfiller of the Customer's promotion. Scheduling, targeting, click measurement, or other campaign features apply only when expressly included and may be changed to address abuse, performance, or legal risk.
7. Service periods, reminders, and expiry
The accepted order records the service period and whether renewal is manual or expressly automatic. ReviGo may send reminders before expiry, but a reminder is a convenience rather than a guarantee of delivery.
When the paid period ends, the managed route may stop redirecting and show a neutral unavailable page. Renewing later may reactivate the existing configuration if it remains available and secure. ReviGo does not promise indefinite retention of expired routes or detailed analytics.
8. Destination checks
ReviGo may periodically check selected active destinations for obvious connection or expiry problems and may alert an administrator. These checks are a support feature, not continuous monitoring and not a guarantee that every page, account, review form, or third-party function remains available.
The Customer should report a moved, deleted, restricted, compromised, or incorrect destination promptly.
9. Support
Standard support covers reasonable help with activation, verified destination changes, route diagnosis, expiry questions, and eligible product faults during an active service period. ReviGo may prioritize security incidents and widespread service failures ahead of routine requests.
No guaranteed response time or resolution time applies unless a separate written service-level agreement states one. Support does not include managing a third-party business profile, responding to reviews, restoring a suspended social account, or changing third-party platform policy.
10. Incidents
Report an incorrect redirect, suspected copied card, unsafe destination, account compromise, or widespread failure promptly. Include the business, branch, visible card location, approximate time, and the observed behavior, without sending passwords or public credentials.
ReviGo may pause a route, disable or replace a credential, reject traffic, preserve audit evidence, rotate secrets, restore data, or contact an affected Customer. Public details may be limited while an investigation is active.
11. Maintenance, backups, and recovery
ReviGo may perform planned or urgent maintenance to update software, protect infrastructure, renew certificates, repair data, or improve reliability. Where practical, disruptive planned work will be scheduled to reduce impact.
ReviGo may maintain protected backups and recovery procedures for customer and service records. Recovery is designed for operational continuity, not as a Customer-controlled archive, and recent changes may be affected by the recovery point available during a serious incident.
12. Customer verification and sensitive changes
ReviGo may require the configured administrator password or another reasonable verification step before creating, editing, deleting, assigning, renewing, clearing, refunding, replacing, or transferring sensitive records. Routine viewing and navigation may use a lighter authenticated session.
ReviGo may delay an instruction that is inconsistent, unusually risky, or received from an unverified person until authority is confirmed.
13. Third-party and network dependencies
ReviGo depends on internet access, mobile networks, DNS, hosting, databases, domain registration, certificates, communication providers, and destination platforms. ReviGo will use reasonable care in selecting and operating its service, but does not control every dependency.
Where a dependency fails, ReviGo will investigate, use a reasonable recovery or workaround where available, communicate material impact, and provide any remedy required by the agreement or applicable law.
14. Ownership and replacement
After full payment, the Customer owns the supplied physical product unless the order says otherwise. ReviGo retains its software, managed domain and route, credentials, security methods, administration system, designs, templates, and analytics infrastructure.
A defective product may qualify for correction or replacement under the Refund and Replacement Policy. A lost, stolen, deliberately damaged, or unauthorized modified product normally requires a paid replacement.
15. Results and changes
ReviGo provides access technology and managed routing. It does not guarantee a number of taps, reviews, ratings, followers, bookings, sales, repeat customers, or another commercial outcome.
ReviGo may improve technical and operational details without reducing the core active service. A material change to price, service period, or agreed scope requires notice and, where applicable, Customer agreement as described in the Terms of Service.
A feature identified in writing as preview, beta, experimental, or pilot may change, fail, or be withdrawn and is supplied without a service-level commitment unless the accepted order expressly states otherwise. ReviGo will not rely on that label to avoid an agreed core paid-service obligation.
